Summary

  • Name: CDDIS VLBI level 2 vgosDB format data available from the Crustal Dynamics Data Information System (CDDIS)
  • Format: vgosDB
  • Spatial Coverage: 90.0 to -90.0, 180.0 to -180.0
  • Temporal Coverage: 2017 - present
  • Temporal Resolution: Typically 24-hours for one VLBI session, can vary
  • File Size: Variable, from ∼ 50Kb to 50Mb
  • Platforms: Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI)

Description

This CDDIS collection is composed of geodetic, Very Long Baseline Array (VLBI) level 2 observational and supporing data (including observations, standard deviations, station coordinates, and more) and derived products which are stored and exchanged in a format named vgosDB, which is the International VLBI Service for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS) standard format for storing, transmitting, and archiving VLBI data. vgosDB datasets are comprised of NetCDF and ASCII files which contain almost all the information that is required to process a single VLBI session.

Data Access
