Topics for the Working Groups to address:
What can we reasonably expect from the programs underway?
What important topics have not been addressed?
What would be required to address them?
Are there synergies and bases for cooperation among groups that might enhance our productivity?
How might we proceed?
What agencies might be interested in funding some of these activities?

PROCEEDINGS

There are no plans to publish contributed papers. A summary of the activities within each of the Science Working Groups and Measurement Technique Panels will be assembled into a meeting report and distributed to all meeting participants.

A summary report of 10 - 15 pages is required of each Working Group. The report should address the questions posed in the Wednesday and Friday sessions plus anything else the working Group considers relevant. Conveners may want to include short contributions from speakers in their sessions.

A summary report of 3 - 5 pages is required of each of the Measurement Technique Panels. The report should address the questions posed in the Thursday session plus anything else the Panel considers relevant.

A draft of each report must be submitted at the closure of the meeting. A final version is due to Mike Pearlman by June 15.
